Limited Capacity seats available

What do cat pose, plank push up, and garland pose have to do with Bakasana (crow)? Everything! They are important elements of any flight plan. These poses serve as essential pranic building blocks to awaken the necessary action required to take flight.

In this workshop we will break down Bakasana, the most fundamental arm balance, and develop strength and space within the body by visiting elements of the pose. Once this flight plan is in place, take off is guaranteed. From there we will meet other members of the Crow family, side crow and its cousin variations. Whether you are new to arm balances or a frequent flyer, this workshop will lay the foundation for all future flights.
