Thank you for joining us for the Northwest Yoga Conference!  Once you purchase your tickets, you may add the workshops to your schedule for the days that you registered  and unlimited free events.  The last day to make changes to your schedule on-line is Tuesday, March 3rd. After this date, we will freeze schedules. You will be able to change workshops on-site.

AcroYoga

Join Robin and Thomas for an introduction to AcroYoga! This workshop is designed to introduce you to some of the fundamental techniques and principles for basing and flying AcroYoga partner balances. Learn the building blocks to safely and effectively become a stable and supportive base and a dynamic and graceful flyer! In addition, learn the skills to spot so that everyone feels safe trying new things.

This is a fun and playful practice, as well as challenging and empowering! Come and release the acrobat within!

No partner necessary.

About ARTYoga:   ARTYoga combines traditional yoga flow with partner acrobatics to create artistic movements. Trust, breath and fitness are combined to make this a challenging and exciting partner practice.

Thomas Eagen is a certified personal trainer and currently enrolled at the UW in a rehabilitation sciences PhD program. Thomas has studied acro yoga for over five years.

ROBIN MARTIN

Robin Martin has been practicing yoga for 14 years, is a 200 RYT through YogaMedicine (Tiffany Cruikshank) and is working towards her 500 hour certification in the same program. She has studied acroyoga under Lux Sterstein since 2010.
